Spells & Steel

Spells & Steel is a simple medieval fantasy role-playing system that is ready for you to take it and make it your own! You only need three types of dice to play this game: 8-sided, 6-sided, and 4-sided.

Flexible and quick character creation guidelines, simplified combat and task resolution with only three difficulty levels, a basic magic system, and guidelines for monster creations are all found in this two-page zine. We will be updating this with more material as it grows and becomes refined.

The latest version has received some really great updates based on the 864 Core rules! Still simple, still easy to play, still a lot of fun, but better.
